At JOY Medical Cannabis, our goal is to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of prescribed medical cannabis to approved patients.

1. Eligibility for Delivery

Delivery is available exclusively to approved medical cannabis patients who have completed the SAHPRA Section 21 process and hold a valid patient approval or card.

We do not deliver to individuals who are not verified patients.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver only to officially recognised low-risk areas within Cape Town.
